Core Salaried Benefits
From health care plans to financial benefits, we provide employees with the tools to manage life's little turns. The following core benefits are available for full-time, salaried employees located at Compuware offices in the United States.
Medical/Prescription
Compuware provides medical/prescription coverage through Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs). Standard medical/prescription coverage is effective the first day of employment. Compuware offers a buy up medical plan and a consumer-directed health plan with a Health Savings Account option during new hire monthly FlexCare enrollment (FlexCare).
Dental
Compuware's dental plan is offered through CIGNA Dental. Coverage is effective the first day of employment.
Vision
All employees can purchase vision coverage through Vision Service Plan during FlexCare. Michigan residents also have the option to purchase coverage through Heritage Vision Plans.
Short & Long-term Disability
Disability coverage provides a benefit to replace a portion of lost earnings due to an accident or illness. The first 30 days of an approved short-term disability provides 100 percent salary replacement. Employees can customize their level of long-term disability coverage through FlexCare.
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Compuware provides coverage at two times your base salary from the first day of employment.
Optional Employee and Dependent Life and AD&D Insurance
Employees can purchase additional individual or dependent insurance during FlexCare.
401(k) Plan
Compuware offers a 401(k) plan to employees who have completed one hour of service for Compuware. Contributions to the Plan can be made up to 75 percent of compensation on a pre-tax or Roth basis (up to the annual IRS limits) and up to 10 percent on an after-tax basis.
Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (GESPP)
The Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan provides employees with a method for purchasing shares of Compuware stock at a discounted price.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Employees may contribute up to $5,000 tax-free to cover eligible health and dependent care costs.
